TanNucket

TanNucket

A Poem by GuinessGirl

Glass through the fabric
    Imposterized and ruined
    Moved by subtle loneliness.
Smell of midnight.
Darkness of closed shutters on the beaten floor.
A champagne bottle, the cork
    Popped off, it’s ruined.
The key is lying - And the
    Stained white bed.
