It's interesting how you can trust your friends more than your family..

 

It's interesting how you could care less about your friend's opinions, yet be tortured by your parent's opinions..

 

It's interesting how the only love you could ever need is the love of your lover..

 

It's interesting how you can feel like you have the weight of the world on you, but at the same time a sense of peace..

 

It's interesting how you see some people fight the worst situations and win, and then see people fight the smallest problems and lose..

 

It's interesting how people controdict themselves..

 

It's interesting how people are hypocrits..

 

It's interesting how people will say they are fine, but inside they're dying..

 

Why??

People often have a hard time facing, or accepting the truth of a situation, so they deny it, or just run full force into it without thinking it out.
Yes, you are right that often our friends are closer than family.......we can choose our friends, but our family is ours - like it or not.
