How do you love me?

How do you love me?

A Poem by Taylor Sherman
"

Dunno, just kinda write as my heart feels

"
Pretending to be perfect
Looking up at the sky
Wanting to be worth it
To finally fly

I could be your fire
On the darkest night
I could be the rain
In the sky

View me as a curse
View me as a nurse
View me as a plight
View me as a knight

I could be the sun
In the desert sky
It's all how you
Love me

Am I the lord of the
Brightest day?
Am I the legion of the
Darkest sky?

Do you view me
Oh do you view me with
Love? Or is it
With hate?

Do you see the good in me?
Or
Do you see the bad?
Do you

See the angel
Light shining
From every smile
Every time our eyes meet

Or do you see the demon
Darkness flowing
From a sneer
From the hate in my eyes?

How do you love me?

i love your poem mostly because it shows how people have an option of seeing the good or bad in a person. I believe when people are in love, they should see both the good and the bad in each other but they should never let the bad overpower the good.
