Dreaming of You

As I sit underneath the shadowed sky,
I come to realize you're right by my side.

The moonlight shimmers in your hair.
The way your face shines, nothing is as fair.

Your eyes gleam with burning desire.
The unimaginable thoughts they do inspire.

Our eyes meet and you begin to smile,
Just seeing you here makes it all worth while.

Our lips first meet underneath the moon...
I open my eyes, I'm alone in my room.

The countless hours seem so few,
