Fury

Fury

A Poem by Greystone

Snarl

Die

By sunlight

Blistering, burning, white-hot, furious

Die

By fangs

Sharp, angry, waiting, watching

Die

Greystone
I got really, really, really angry when I wrote this. Like 'I'm-going-to-tear-your-face-to-bits-if-you-blink-too-much' angry. Don't expect reviews here.

You can really feel your anger in this poem making it intense and powerful, especially because of the use of the 'ing' in this, the short, sharp lines also help to reinforce that anger. I love the images:

By sunlight
Blistering, burning, white-hot, furious
Die
