Silver

Silver

A Poem by Greystone

I have dreamed

of a land

where a dark angel sings

here I am

this is me

Sing with me...

Northern winds

race away

and love flies along

Posioned birds

spread white wings

and Fly towards the sea

...Fly with me....

Southern skies

warm the fields

and old dancers smile

Someday,

I'll be free

and this smile will then last

I will give love a chance

Dreams will come:

Fly with me...

I will record the notes to this song at some point. It's fairly pretty.

So beautiful. It could even work as a lullaby. :) Great, great write, friend!

This is a great romantic poem and very lyrical. You can tell your command of syllabic structure.
