Artemis

Artemis

A Poem by Rogue Daffodil
"

For the Huntress.

"
Artemis

Among wolves and beasts and wild maidens
Running through the woods
Terrible, in a state of heightened awareness; always
Enshrouded in moonlight, the Triple Crowned Doe; the
Mother without spouse, Cybele reborn walking among us
In absolute purity, her chastity a beacon of oneness, of total and complete
Self-possession

What a lovely ode to the goddess of the hunt...I especially like the inclusion of the wolves as they are masterful at this art too. Thank you...quite enjoyable.
Light,
