Needle piercing through the beating heart

It led to

Bleeding out, screaming from the agonizing pain

Beware that true insanity does not seem so insane

To all the cries, from the inside

Is it enough to be or is there more than passing by

Insanity soon darkens and starts fogging up the mind

Clustered, just a number until you fall out of the line
