I think the line "When I looked into your eyes I sensed your soul tremble" is a beautiful line. Better than sensing the body trembling to me .. a soul is far more attractive and important than a body.. which has nothing to do with your poem.. just thinking aloud..."A sweet smile from a simpler time" is also lovely to think of .
I think your jotting says so much without saying too much.
