Silence

Silence

A Poem by Greg Skura

When i Sit in Your Silence
Holding my Mind Thoughtless
Free of any Animal Instincts
Void of all Feelings and Emotions
Sensing your Gentle Impression
Pushing down on my Centre
Flowing through my Minds Eye
And Streaming into my Heart
Your Subtle Vibration Experienced
To the Core of my Atomic Nature
Then i Know this illusion Called
Self can be Overcome

I love this Greg. It is in our mind's silence that we find our true self, void of all carnal desires. That's where peace resides. Lovely write and a pleasure to read. Thank you! :)

Peace, Dani

This is a pleasing meditation. Lovely. Thanks for offering it. Just what my tired self needed this afternoon.
