It was just a little toothA Poem by Greg SkuraI feel like such a goof It was just a little tooth I can’t get it out of my head
When I asked “if he’d pull it” He said “no let’s just drill it” “And put in a cap instead”
He drilled out the root The nerve made me hoot He should’ve pulled it, I’ve read
My work was then failing The earnings were trailing No tooth fixing was to be seen
A few years gone, what I’m doing Flax corn chips, what I’m chewing That little tooth, blew apart at the
seams
And now there’s a rumor There might be a tumor From my tooth to my jaw to my brain
Greg Skura
P.S. I thought I would poke a little fun at this very
serious issue
