My Philosophy on Love..A Poem by Gregory H.This is a poem that the great english poet Percy Bysshe Shelley wrote... I wrote the last part... It was inspired by a friend...
The fountians mingle with the river
And the rivers with the ocean, The winds of heavenmix forever With a sweet emotion: Nothing in the world is single: All things by a law divine In one spirit meet and mingle Why not I with thine? See the mountians kiss the high heaven And the waves clasp one another No sister-flower would be forgiven If it disdained its brother And the sunlight clasps the earth And the moon beams kiss the sea: What is all this sweet work worth If thou kiss me not; And as my poem comes to an end I just wanted you to know When you are in deep need of a friend You'll always have somewhere to go Please don't let this be goodbye Cause you are such a special friend And then while you ask yourself why Ask me, and I'll tell you' Because I love you so. © 2010 Gregory H.Author's Note
