How about 'Mutable' - liable to change ?
No-ones thinking is set in stone but we can choose how deep such thoughts impinge by self-analysis and confronting such negativity with positivity.

I love the descriptions in this poem. Sometimes these negative thoughts we have do more than affect how we feel... they reshape the way we live and think. Awesome write I enjoyed it very much :)
