Princess and the King

Written 2/5/15 A princess found her King.

Chains of sorrow
Weigh her down
She's drowning
In her own hell
Wishing death
Come upon her
Life has a grip around her throat
Like a noose that hangs above
She's choking
Gasping for air to fill her lungs
And give her new life
As she lay dying
She cries out...
The tension is released...
She takes a deep breath
Breathing the sweet new air
Light starts to fill
All the darkest corners of her mind
And every chain link that binds her
Is broken and she is set free
That night a princess
Found her king
And one day
She'll meet Him in the silver clouds above
That kiss
The sunrises and sunsets

Yea He found me or should I say I found Him when I was at rock bottom. I was days away from going through with my plan to kill myself. [Which is why I put the noose part in the piece, cause that's how I planned to do]

this is sad but written so beautifully , is the king god? The fact that she will meet him above the silver clouds, god is her knight , her saviour!

Suicide is always sad. I lost two brothers to suicide. It is sad when death is sweeter than life.

Suicide is sad, thats why I wrote this though, I was in a bad place last year and wanted to kill myself but I found God - I don't feel that way anymore.
I'm sorry about your brothers though! :/
