Winter's First Bite

Winter's First Bite

A Poem by Gray Witch
"

First snow of 2012

"
Chilly clime, wet and weary
Finds our bones under layers for warmth
Bright the snow, dazzling clearly
Today's the first of winter's wrath.

I'm all for these old bones under some cozy warm blankets and quilts any cold winter morning. I enjoyed this.

First winter wrath indeed. Yeah, I actually had snow falling today, which was good becuase, strangely enough, I'm working on a short story that deal with the last day of November. I'm hoping it to publish it through Nightmare Magazine. Anyway, good write and thanks for sharing.
