Life on the streets of the USA

Walk on Bye

Living and dying in the bye and bye with the children of the night
Watching the people just walk on by,
Should I cry when its cold out side, without anything to eat accept the trash from the streets, or shoes on my cold feet,
As I see the lonely people like you and me,
Just walk on bye,
On the bye and bye,
We are born in this free land,
But I ask God what was his plans
As I see the rich and poor,
Just walk on by,
But not knowing why,
Oh lord take me home where I cant feel the cold in my bones,
Nor the hunger in my soul,
Oh please lord if I die to night,
Don't just walk on bye.

Very strong lament with emotional impact on reader. I did myself also spent some time on the streets. It's quiet dark experience of my life. People will sometimes don't realize. How hard is it. To don't have place to sleep, to don't have place take to shower , wash your clothes , have good meal. It's quiet stressful and you can also feel lot of anger and negative emotions. I am glad you wrote this cause there is lot of true and is good when people can read it how is it feel to be one on that street sleeping in cold and dirt.
