My very best friend
My very worst enemy
My taunting ally
My welcoming adversary

We share beautiful moments
We share terrible hours
We share triumphant cheers
We share grueling silence

You are my one true love
You are my one true foe
You are writing
You are my life

This and my last poem are my first attempts at poetry, I hope they aren't too terrible.

Except for the last stanza, this could be about siblings! :D As a writer, I feel like this many times. I've felt so insecure about my writing for most of my life, that I never shared it until recently. I'm glad you're sharing your writing too.

Oh I like that, from personal experience that's totally true. Writing has always been one of my favorite things but it can be one of least favorite things at certain times :P I was nervous too about putting my writing online at first but I'm really glad I am doing it.
