I am almost 63, always living alone & single, no kids, a loner. At different times in my life, I had all the trappings that other people have, a job, an identity, busy with things to do, etc. But at various points, the events of life wiped away everything a few different times. Looking back, these were necessary transitions & it always led me to looking at my life in a fresh way. I love your message. It's profound & yet simply-stated. I wonder how many people can really embrace change? So many seem to stay miserable, rather than to make a change in life (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

A nice poem .
I like :

blow all the old stories away.

So releasing, So refreshing, yes...
We are quite the same in meditation
And letting go, of what we secretly
Want to hold... the art is to graduate
in it... beautiful words.
