Bus LadyA Story by A.N HunterOld people don't kill do they?I always hated that noisy bus I took to school always, but I think I wouldn't mind hearing that loose piece of metal one more time....
"Hey Brianna wait up, I want to open it " I screamed as I ran up to open the back gate leading to our apartment complex. "Yeah sure whatever Gozi" she laughed in reply. The fog was very heavy that day and nobody could hardly see a thing, only our minds led us. As I walked up to my building I noticed something strange, an old man stood there staring at me,staring dead-straight in my eyes. I was shocked at how his eyes pierced through mines, never in a million years would I have thought that it would be one of the last faces I would've saw. As I kept on moving forward down the long hallway as it narrowed I felt a strong presence of fear wash over me. Sharply I whipped my head towards my door and saw a peculiar woman standing at my door. I notice how her teeth were razor sharp and oil black, I didn't want to step any closer because then she would know that that was my apartment. I didn't trust her she was one not to be trusted but, she notice that it was me who owned the apartment that she wanted to enter. With a smile she asked me in a too-sugary grandma voice "Will you be so kind to let me use your phone". I stood there in utter disbelief at how this woman would think that I would be crazy enough to let her in my house, she saw the expression on my face change and widened her "smile".So then I finally gave in and decided that maybe I'm overreacting she could be a nice lady.Old people don't kill,do they?
