![]() Become a Better ManA Poem by Nicholas Duboe![]() This is a fun little poem making light of the world we live in and how we admire others features and wish for them to be our own.![]() Lend me your ears, your fingers and toes. Lend me what you can. Perhaps I can exchange myself to become a better man. What eyes you have, what a nose you've got, Oh may I take a look? How about a trade? Pick anything! Just please don't be a crook. Sir your arms what muscles you have, ma'am your teeth, oh my! How bout a leg? An arm you say? Perhaps an ear or eye? But by the end the man I'll be, compiled of all you know A spitting image of perfection, stitched together, head to toe.
