Forgive and forget.

Forgive and forget.

A Poem by Mimi

Yesterday is history,

Don't waste time trying to fix the past.

Tomarrow a mystery.

A day will come, and it could be your last.

Do not regret.

What's done is done.

Forgive and forget,

For life should be fun.

A positive and smart view on life. We can't take back mistakes. Life should be fun. A outstanding poem.

Your note gives more gravitas to a sound reminder.

What forgive and forget refers to is really a kind of shift in Consciousness. We are always simultaneously a figure and the ground it arises in. That's what the world's mystics are getting at.

Mystery indeed -- methinks that's the hot water we as tea bags steep in. ;-)

Good work.

Dear Mimi,

Eyes alway forward. Don't look back. Get house in order. Move forward, but don't forget to savor what there is along the way. Immensely wise philosophy.

Nicely executed poem. Well done. Very high marks on this one!

Best regards,

Rick
