Summer Days

Summer Days

A Poem by Gossamerwings36
"

Wish they could last forever.

"

Hoola Hoops shimming on Hips
Lemon-ade on your tongue and lips
Running in the Rain
Through Summery Mist
Roller Coasters,  Bumper Cars
Taking trips to Amusement parks
Sitting on the Lawn
Watching up to the Stars
Firecrackers and fountains of Light
Illuminating the Summer Nights
Friends holding hands
And Running through the Fields
Rest in the Mind
The break, how good it feels
Holding it tight within your hands
Naked feet in the Golden Sand
Take your boogie Board
Battle the waves
Basking in the Summer Rays
Wish this life would always stay
Endless Never Ending Summer Days.

Ohhhhhh you write so well!! Yup, I love summer. We just went to Mexico about a week ago on vacation so I remember about half of those things you mentioned from that alone. Ahhhh, summer.
