Grave and the Lady

Grave and the Lady

A Poem by Gossamerwings36
"

Let's take a walk in the Moonlight, you and I.

"

Orbs and Globes
Gossamer that Fades
Shadows emerge
through the
granite graves
crickets speak
Owls Call
Willows Float
As the moon stands tall
Whispers heard
Through
Innocent's ears
The heart beat goes
Through Horrors and Fears
This is the home
Of the Lady Night
She's lived here long
Her Memories blight
Once upon
A Long gone Sight
She fades between
The Misty Breath
Of Phantoms and  Demons
Of Long Forget
She is the Queen
Of their Deathly Realm
Eternal Monarch
To a time that Fell
Once she lived
In the day of Light
Now she Dwells
In an Eternal Night
Of Ravaging Fright
