Anticipating Irked.

Anticipating Irked.

A Poem by Gossamerwings36
"

I need a Job.

"

Am I sitting here just waiting
Will this make time go
Or will it just be excruciating
Everything moving all the more slow
It seems like Weeks have gone by
Staring at the Calender is a Waste
But it's more like months here
A Never ending Pace
Hell is for the Weary
The Unemployed watching cash go by
Maybe if I was just a little fly
... Could be wacked by a swatter and die
Work I need you ! I Cry.

Work is what we need
truly just the seed
that grows to greatness
in our lives
and so often revives
the spirit
by changing my direction
I found a better selection
of ways to spread my love
to others who have given
a return for my happier living
