Snowflakes Dance

Snowflakes Dance

A Poem by Gossamerwings36
"

Looking out my Window on a Snowy day, thinking of the memories of Latter Days.

"

The Snowflake Dance

The Wind it Swirls
Their Dance takes Flight
Their Clothes in white
Sparkle in Daylight
In Moonlight they Glimmer,
Like Glistening Opals
Milk White Diamonds
In the Night
They Move To and Fro
Appear Fragile to the Touch
They melt like Elixir
On our Tongues as they clutch
When they are a Plenty
They are a Child's Best Friend
Be it as an Angel in the Snow
Or as a Frosty Snow Man
Soon the Sun Comes out
The Temperatures Grow
But Memories of the Snowflakes
Never will Go
Their Dance is Eternal
A Yearly Procession
From Season to Season
We will never forget them
Our Friends of the Winter
Never do Go
In our Hearts and Our Memories
Do live on in their Show.

This is very nicely written
in prose with such charm all its own
when snowflakes dance, quoting yours...

They are a Child's Best Friend
Be it as an Angel in the Snow

Memories of the Snowflakes
Never will Go
Their Dance is Eternal

We will never forget them
Our Friends of the Winter
Never do Go
In our Hearts and Our Memories
Do live on in their Show.

Very nice thoughts so wonderfully worded!! A great poem!!
