The Lady Thee
The Lady came on a Fine Coach
Her Horses Straight and Tall
Winter snow was their color
Their Whinny a Grand Call
She searched for the inhabitants
Of this little Village Keep
But all were not to Appear
As they were in a Deep Sleep
Again the Horses Cried out
With their Voices Like Angels on High
But no Whimper, or Murmuring Sigh
Could be Heard in the Day or the Nigh
For there was a Wicked Lady
Who came only a little while Back
Black was her Pleasing Color
Her Companion a big black Cat
She Asked for things Unpleasing
The Villagers Nayed with Dispute
And as for their Injustice
She gave them a Sleep Un-do
Again the Lady Called them
Again they stayed in Sleep
She wondered what was Necessary
How to Fix, For A Remedy
Then a little Snowflake
Fell on her gentle Hand
A smile grew upon her Gentle Face
And a word came, her Great Command
Soon many Snowflakes were Falling
Washing away this Darkling Trick
And soon the Voices were Calling
She knew the Perfect Fix
And Soon the Dark Lady
Had Her due price Paid
And her Darkling Magic
Was washed upon her Way
Gone was the Dark Lady
Deep in her own Wicked Sleep
And as for the Village
They were Strong and Free
Never again, to Her Presence Be
But All in Joyful Peaceful Glee
All as with the White Lady
All as with thee.
