The unbreakable vow

The unbreakable vow

A Poem by Webster

In your eyes, I find my peace,
A love that will never cease.
Through stormy nights and sunny days,
With you, my heart forever stays.

Your laughter, like a gentle breeze,
Brings my soul a sweet release.
In your arms, I feel so strong,
A place where I truly belong.

No shadow dark, no trial fierce,
Can break the bond that we have pierced.
For in this life, our hearts entwined,
I promise to protect, to always be kind.

Through every joy, through every pain,
I’ll stand by you, through sun and rain.
With all my love, both deep and true,
I’ll shield you from what may ensue.

Together we’ll face what life imparts,
For you are the keeper of my heart.
And I, your steadfast forever love,
Will never let harm befall my beloved.

Do I write to fill a void deep inside, where others can never reach to fill. Only pure emotions flow through my words. I hope I reach out to others who feel the same as in words I write and emotions I.. more..
