Acceptance

Everyone seems to live
Walk through life so clear
How do I compare
When I cannot see my hand so near.

I say clarity is overrated
Crispness is hard to get
For that which i can't attain
Is just one of life's hard bets.

Walk through life not knowing how
Is that what all go through
But how is that to help me
When everyone seems as blue too.

Sudden panic sets in
Everything goes white
Oh how I miss darkness
When everything was black

Now I just sound crazy
But nothing can I do
To make this all better right now
To change my season anew.

Your words really spoke to me, for they define life struggles. We yearn for a better life which often doesn't always happen or work out for most. We learn to be content in what little we receive, yet ache for that better life we know we deserve. A strong and truthful piece of poetry which many can relate to.
