Do You UnderstandA Poem by John Patrick Robbins AKA GonzoBeside the water i feel the winds push towards something beyond reason. As children we die into adulthood closing dreams as doors and losing the spark to grasp goals not always are own.
A roadmap to nowhere lines of worry curse my face. As for friends I put little in stock as the page is a prison my words a epitah of a long put off destruction my futures cryptic path.
Paper latterns hollow in warmth im the ghost who can only haunt my own soul. Darkest dreams of a glimmer of light. Page of nothing my stories have found there demise.
For who am I ?
A poets thought a darkend soul. Treason my worries will you ever see the face of a madmans regrets. Dark waters to which I steer cast my thoughts apon the wind. I wish to know the sunset and to understand it's final vision.
A trainwreck is a far better path than a slow fade into obsecurity. Tommorows are moments and thoose moments i no longer thirst to see.
As a lattern apon the water drifts in a vanishing glimmer. It writes a beauthy of passing moments to which seldom go ignored. © 2011 John Patrick Robbins AKA GonzoAuthor's Note
