True Love?

As she wrote the last word on her last letter, she breathed out.

Then as she took her last step on the chair, she breathed in.

She stuck her head through, rested her neck on it.

Then as a tear ran down her cheek she kicked the chair away.

And just hanged there

 

What happened to cause this you may ask, well this story begins with two girls, Lily who is 17 and Megan who is 16. They have been the best of friends for a long time. They have been there for each other no matter what the problem was, Lily has always be the arty one of them both, with dancing and singing and not forgetting her writing, where as Megan has always be the wise one, with her writing and her actions, she has always done great in school and of helping people, even once she has never known before.

 

Megan went over it, over and over again, she couldn’t say it to herself in the mirror, let alone to Lily.

‘I...um....love...y... Oh I can’t do this, why do it have to be so hard to say I love you lily’ she thought about what she just said and jumped for joy, ‘I DID IT, I DID IT’

 

‘Did what hunny’ her dad said as he came up to see what the banging was about.

‘Oh... nothing dad lol, nothing at all’ she said with the biggest smile on her face.

‘Hmmm ok then Megan, you best get to sleep if you want to get up in time to met lily in town on time’ he closed the door and left. She jumped to her bed, and went to sleep straight away, dreaming of what was going to happen tomorrow.

 

She has came out to Lily awhile ago, lily helped her come out to her friends. Lily also was the only one to fight off the gay-haters that was trying to hurt Megan.

 

‘BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP’ she heard, she jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom, showered then came back to her room, sat down, and breathed. She looked into the mirror again ‘I love you Lily’ she said, she knew she was ready. As Megan put on her favourite top and jeans on and straightened her hair, one thought was going through her mind, and that was Lily.

 

Megan sits there looking at her watch and thinks ‘where is she?’ then from behind her two arms pop round ‘hey’

 

‘Lily’ she smiles ‘long time no see, how have you been’ as Lily sits on the ground she starts talking about the week she has had, all Megan can do is sit, watch and listen. An hour or two has pass by, by know and Megan gets up the courage.

 

‘Lily, I...um...I...need to speak to you about something’

‘Anything hunny I am all ears’

‘I... well... I love...’

‘OMG who? Do I know them? Who is she? Does she go to your school?’

She closes her eyes, takes a big breath in and takes Lily’s hands. She opens her eyes looking at Lily’s lovely blue eyes. ‘I love you lily, I love you, I would walk to the end of the earth for you, I would reach up and catch a star for you, I would wait a million life times to be with you, without you I would die, I don’t love you because I need you I need you because I love you, I love you’

 

Lily looked at her, shocked, she took her hands back and just walked away and never turned round.

 

Megan ran home crying, she ran to her room and stayed there till her dad went to bed. Then she started to write:

‘’Dear everyone,

 

I’m sorry; I really am for what I have done. Dad I love you so much.

Lily I love you more than anything, I would rip out my heart for you if I could but I know we can’t be together, I love you and I am so sorry.

Megan’’

There was bang, many bangs on the door, Megan’s dad got up and opened the front door and it was Lily. ‘Thank you, I’ll be up stairs with Megan’ she said as she ran up the bedroom. She opened the door, and screamed. She ran and got a knife, jumped up on the chair she had picked up and cut Megan down.

 

She was lifeless laying on the floor as they phoned the hospital; Lily was trying mouth to mouth. Lily couldn’t hear any heart beat, she tried one last time and, she heard something, it was faint.

 

The next day, Megan was awake, alive, Lily went into to see Megan, all that came out was ‘I love you too Megan’ she sat on the bed and then laid down beside Megan cuddling her, making sure she would be safe in her arms...

wow this is so beautifuly sweet it mad me want to cry my eyes out but i held those tears back an cried inside instead but i love its wonderful reminds me of my past in a way...I hope u keep up the touching writing
