Just Because

Just Because

A Poem by Wolf Cub

Just because their eyes don't tear,
Doesn't mean their heart doesn't cry,
Just because they come off strong,
Doesn't mean there's nothing wrong,
Just because their face is smiling,
Doesn’t mean on the inside their smiling,
Just because they say i’m fine,
Doesn’t mean their not dying on the inside,
Cause,
A laugh can hide the tears,
A smile can hide the pain,
But nothing can hide what you feel inside.

I felt the whole poem, but the most line hit me more. No feelings are feelings even if it good or bad we can't hide them.

I think I might have left the last line off... but I liked this. I've been in those shoes more then once myself. Simple words that fill emotions, I like it. Good write!
