Strong will prevail.

This places sometimes feels like a f*****g prison
With each day make more and more of an incision into my dreams
Still no progress has evolved through out the years
Nothing but f*****g pain and tears and hopes ripped out from the seems
It's a lonely walk not knowing where to go it's a broken place that tests the strenth of your soul and only the strong will prevail up to far and even though I feel I'm weak I know I must be strong to make it this far.

I honestly to like this piece. A few pointers if you would like is to separate the lines better and adding in a bit of punctuation may help as well. Good job though :)
