The Misfits

The Misfits

A Poem by g.n.b

They said i got no clue
The world looked grim
All i saw was the sky so blue
My biggest worry
That i was never in a hurry
The science, the principles and the codes
Heaping it on me like im the one to carry all the loads
Your life is not mine and mine not yours
Then what do you expect of me
If i believed everything you say is true
I guess i would have locked and come down with the flu
I aint a tool
Aint meant for building what you conceived
If i was the outlaw you;ll be relieved
Whats so tough in this world id ask
Please listen to me there is something called peace
Relax man! the world aint all about the word cease
Just maybe im the fool
But i never want to be put down
And made to feel like a shadow i dont own
I guess with out these clutches i would be a happy clown
They call me a misfit
I guess every ones wrong, just think for a little bit
Yeah im the misfit
Coz every one else is jacked up in a tight fit
