Watchers

Watchers

A Poem by Godfrey Green
"

Poem about judgement.

 WATCHCERS

They are watching me.

Tiger eyes bore through every move.

I am on a judgment stand.

Every elephant ear is tuned to my dissonance.

My proffers are deemed insults,

my concern considered prying.

Claws are extended, teeth bared.

Voices screech in my ears.

My very sigh is a sign of hurt to them.

My logic twisted into illogic.

I am aware and alert,

my eyes have become feline,

my ears are growing.

I am working towards impenetrable

Hi Godfrey Green, I think your writing is excellent! So descriptive, graphic!
I got goosebumps!
It seems you are becoming an animal and being judged by the other animals...
Yeah, they do that.
Hopefully, they won't attack.
