Same story different time

10/28/14 to 11/13/14 A series of haikus to form one poem. I may be off tho, so if you see that, say something. I'm not sure I'm satisfied with this poem, so any ideas would be welcomed as well.

Here I am again, 

Same story different time 

Alone and broken

 

Struggling day to day 

In a solemn world gone dark

To hang onto hope

 

Trying not to drown 

As the waves crash against me

Raging on all sides

 

Parts of me fading

While the rest fights the evil

Waging this dark war

 

Trying to hang on

To continue to push through

To fight the good fight

Alas, I am here
