Whispers

Whispers

A Poem by Glowheart

Wind whispers its dreary secrets.
of darkness and cold.
Blowing me away like ashes.
Howling the names of the lost.
Screaming the pain of the tortured.
Whispered secrets, of the silent suffering people.
Those whose hearts weep.
And drops of blood stain their perfectness.

Very deep and kind of beautiful despite being about pain - or rather the pain in the poem is beautifully expressed. Good job.

i like this poem...and it was a very cool thought that u had giving the wind a sort of ghostly figure to it...i loved how u associated the wind with people that have passed away...this was short but very clear and intriguing...good poem :)

i love this! it is so deep and almost hauntingly beautiful! it does seem to stop somewhat short, but for me that is just fine-it makes the ending even harder- i cannot really describe it...

Thanks for feedback. I have that feeling also. Nothing I write seems to fit it.

A great poem indeed. TO be honest it seems incomplete. Not to be mean just truthful. But other than that it is a great poem.
