a poem

Are you afraid to take a chance?
Afraid to pass a second glance
Allow your mind to enhance
Darling have no fear

Are you afraid to feel?
To let your heart take the wheel
For your emotions to be revealed
Darling have no fear

Are you afraid to care?
Unsure of what’s really there
Ridden with skepticism and despair
Darling have no fear

Are you afraid to fly?
Are you afraid to cry?
Afraid of what may lie inside?
Darling there’s nothing to fear

I love this poem! This piece is insipiring and encouraging to just get out there and do what you want. I also love the flow of the piece. I like that the rhyming is not forced and that it is simply effortless. Love the message embedded into this writing! Great poem! :)
