Verse 38: DreamA Chapter by Glen Yumang ManeseDream
I dream in the in-between;
void is my dream. I dream beyond what my
mind would think. I dream of my senses to
hear. Sound of verses, of music,
of ballads and nature’s own. By which, I mean tongues
of creatures big and small. Voices call me to the alluring
skies. Deafening thunder makes
such a quake. Lightning strikes with
passion.
Yes, I dream pass the
storm. Touch of rain brings
comfort on my skin. Satin sheets embrace the
moment. Torment has passed to
smell freshness. In the air like fresh mint
to relax, mind.
I dream to continue these
passages. Not avoid my creative mind
of a brighter day. Maybe is not today, but
for tomorrow. Let go the sorrows of this
night. Take flight into emptiness
of air. So much lies in
dormant. True boundary for space
has no boundaries.
I dream of beautiful surroundings. Even those considered ugly. Eyes dream in different
focus. These are my own optical
lenses. Dream of moments to which
I dream. Know and feel the moment
in real time. Translate and transform
them. Hold dreams in my very
hands. © 2016 Glen Yumang Manese |
