Verse 23: Elixir

Verse 23: Elixir

A Chapter by Glen Yumang Manese

Elixir

Some say death is only once.

Taste of a bosom consumes life.

Where has all my previous attempts gone?

Dying is elixir, which governs the remedy.

Profound to say the hidden measure poisons.

Rather comfort bitterness then the sweet.

Wide-open arms satisfy the release.

Held by grief is within this body of matter.

Does inducing one's release from one's physical form enable ourselves to reach the next level? There is much to be done here before we leave and we don't take. We are taken.
