Why is such a difficult anomaly?

But the issue is you, my queen.

Accidental can be fatal at times to see.

Not the answer you want to hear.

Circle of time keeps ringing in your ear.

You fight on for a king and glory.

Fury has consumed your reality.

Your pawns are at beck and call.

Your knights are at ready to banish off wolves.

Feeling of invincibility never renders to fall.

Your rooks offer much protection at the moment.

Stonewalls are slowly crumbling to the ground.

Crown and tiara will eventually come crashing down.

What glitters in shining armor rusts through over time.

Desirable is lost in grown men that need more than beauty.

Jester’s glee cannot keep them entertained any longer.

Why is such a difficult anomaly?

Honor and power is all yours.

Be careful my queen battles of love are many.

I feel references to the fall of great empires, not just because of the references to chess and battles but there seems to be an overarching theme that parallels the decline o all great empires. The line about the jester not entertaining, reflects Rome and even America today. What do the personal elements of this poem mean? How do they relate to what s happening in the world? Do you ever feel like even love can't save s from the wilderness of tigers who are closing in?

Chris --- you actually --- put one element of a series of dilemmas in this complicated theme...I originally was thinking of a song format...and the thought process of war, love, and power mixed into the lines...the Queen is the one seated by the King...and advises her counterpart...yet even in the demise of things to come...all great ventures come to an end...in a short --- and not so long narrative to your question...as with your second question --- America is not even in comparison to the Roman Empire in years --- yet the same development is happening as with what happen to the decline of Rome...as for your last question --- General Patton best described that with his love of country --- while one empire succeeds to victory another will rise to greater power in the midst of the celebration of triumph --- to take over the next...thanks again for your in depth review and time...
