Lines

Lines

A Poem by Glarthir

I can see the purple stained lips,
Of those who have a white-chapped nostrils.
I can see we're the cream of the crop,
We've been put through enough to make us become,
Guardians of those who have nothing left.
We were made and shaped,
To help create hope within.
Within those who have lost themselves,
Are trapped in a vortex of chaos and disorder.
We are here to lay down the lines of a good life.

I have the radiance in my eyes,
I can see it glows within you.
We're here to do some good,
But first we have to figure out ourselves.
I'm glad we have each other,
Because I've been lost for too long,
Distraught, unaware of those who care for me.
I can see that they're there, but it's been too long.
So I have to face my problems alone,
Or with the help of you.

This was a bit mysterious and interesting. Left me to ponder what it might mean, thanks for sharing.
