Between My Toes

Between My Toes

A Poem by Girl on Mars

Between my toes are needle points.
We lay in underwear on the kitchen floor
so much there was no other place.
Inquisition and my cheeks are brought to shame.
I thought I'd recovered from your smile but
I can't pass a well without making a wish.
I'm an insomniac when you're not here
to sleep with my shoulder under your lips.

I really like this poem. Your flow is really cool, and I like it. I like everything about this poem actually.

This could be something big given a little tweak here and there.... I am very familiar with some of the things you refer to here & would certainly not discourage you from elaborating for the benefit of a wider audience, if you felt the need...........
