You

You

A Poem by Girl.

 It’s You.

I think it’s always been You.

Even before we met.

I think I knew it the first time our eyes met.

There was a true spark, electricity in the air.

I could feel it, tingling in every fiber of my being.

The moment Your fingertips touched me for the first time,

Such a gentle and innocent way,

I swear I still feel it to this day.

Oh and that first kiss.

I will never forget the fireworks that were leaping from my lips.

It was magic.

The way Your eyes sparkled when You laughed at my silly jokes,

And the way they still gleam, even now.

The way Your hand intertwines with mine,

It all tells me, it’s always been You.

We each walked a long and treacherous path to bring us here.

We’ve both fallen down, we’ve both been hurt, we’ve been lied to, we’ve been cheated, we’ve been broken, but no more.

Because finally I found You. And finally You found me.

And this love is intoxicating. Undeniable. Unbreakable.

And I know now, it was always supposed to be You.

Girl.
So if there's one thing I'd like some input on, its my grammar and punctuation usage.
