Escape

I spread my wings

And take off into the sky

Away from all the pain

Into the blue sky.

No one can reach me here

No pain can rise this high

I’m safe from all of it.

Short yet clever. My favorite line is "no pain can rise this high." You can convince people to not sink down to other peoples levels, and to be the bigger person, or in this case bird. Haha

Although the poem is short; you really deliver the meaning of escape very well. You make one feel that it is time for them to fly like a bird up in the blue sky.
