The Cycle

The Cycle

A Poem by Kenzi Griffin

My body shakes.
My vision slowly dies.
The feeling of weakness
Slowly spreads throughout.
My hands shake
Numbness surrounds.
My knees collapse.
My eyes open slowly.
My body aches
As I lie on the floor.
I stand up.
And the cycle begins again.

this cycle is like the water cycle... you get knocked down and find yourself picking yourself up again and then hear comes the pain to put you back on your butt... the rain will come and then the sun will begin to shine and then all of a sudden a shower will come... its part of life you cant go through it without the pain or the rain, your best bet is to see the little light that is there and grab hold of it... i like the meaning placed within this write! yours truely Danielle (scripted)

Very interesting. It reminds me of one night in particular, I fainted, then I stood up, and I fainted again..... It's like a lesson hasn't been learned yet. You did a very nice job with this!
