Help...

Feeling my whole world fall apart
Leaving me with the shattered pieces
What should I do?
Stranded alone in this huge world
Surrounded by those 
Who call themselves my "friends"
The tears fall freely
As I think about all this
As I lay in my bed
I close my eyes
Dream of a different place
Where I'm truly loved
No doubt in the world
or in my heart
Maybe that's what I need
Something to erase this doubt
that has settled deep in my soul
Help....
