TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL

Tortured to death
Mocked by a thief
Venigar for thirst
Alone in the grave
Locked and sealed

Flowed the bitter tears
A sigh for deep sorrow
Unquenchable longing
O the sepax attacked
Hoped to see Him soon

For self-consolation
Rushed to the grave
Yet instead of comfort
It's an empty tomb
Gone, gone, He's gone!

Pierced by hopelessness
Grieved, mourned, severely
No comfort to be found
The earth had shaken
It's the end of everything

No, it's not over yet
Then appeared the light
The sound of wonders
"There's no need to fear
Your Lord is not here"

What an amazing news
All burden and sorrows
Pains totally eradicated
Replaced with excitement
Yes, touched by an angel
