LIBERTY FOUND GLORY
Making some flashbacks Reminiscing those happy days Remembering all plays and games Climbing & stoning the fruit trees Running & chasing on the streets Swimming in lakes, rivers & beaches Riding bicycle on rocky roads & plains Hunting birds & spiders with siblings Leaping and jumping with friends Eating and singing with cousins O those childhood days of liberty O the freedom you enjoy each day When nothing to fear and to worry When nothing to look any uncertainty No need to think about an empty tummy No need to think about the bills monthly To plan for the future is not your say To do what's next just come what may Yours is to follow whatever they say Yours is to go as they lead the way But everything turned upside-down The freedom was stolen in that little town Like a colorful and beautiful balloon Tragically when uncontrollably blown Boom! Freedom was chosen to disown The happy face replaced with a frown No joyful spirit and soul to be shown That happy little child was in a lockdown Forced to be someone who's grown Each member left one by one Adult's responsibility wasn't done Father & elder siblings were gone The child acted to be one Learned to stand alone Learned not to lean on anyone Learned to decide for everyone And to say what's good for someone Yes, sadly this was how she became Got lost but searched out by none But this lost child continue to grow Though afraid about tomorrow But the child just go with the flow Hiding from shadow to shadow No sure direction to follow If there is more you need to know This lost child doesn't trust any fellow To touch the child with your elbow Is a secret raise of an eyebrow Doubtful in everything you show Yes, that child was imprisoned tightly Chained with self-sufficiency Locked up by pride shamefully But that child was freed finally When the key holder of humility Came in to open the door silently With a sweet smile of sincerity She talked to that child lovingly She reminded the child of her identity Yes, Ma'am Liberty found Glory She is to me a shining candle Her testimony is remarkable She lives her life so simple She taught me how to humble Not in words but by example Yes, her voice is so gentle Yes, her face is so lovable Yes, her character is noble Yes, her faith is truly visible Glory to God for her example!
