A FLIP-FLOP FAITH

O bamboo tree 

Don't be carried away 

To the wind don't sway 

Be strong and stay  

But a bamboo is a bamboo 

To the wind you can't say no 

If it blows to the right, there you go 

If it goes to the left, you follow also 

But you're a person not a tree 

So be the creation He designed you to be 

Don't listen to anybody not even to me 

To the wind you've got to set yourself free 

Enough of a flip-flop faith 

Do whatever The Word saith 

Take a step of genuine faith 

Say a prayer and take a deep breath

Go ahead and move forward

Don't you dare moving backward

If you're afraid just look upward

If you do you'll surely get the reward
