Stained Glass Masquerade

Stained Glass Masquerade

A Poem by Himaya Ka

Enough of pretensions if you want to be helped!

STAINED GLASS MASQUERADE

A smile to cover
The pains that hover
A noble posture
The hidden failure

A warm handshake
The eyes can't fake
A tight embrace
The fallen face

A stained glass masquerade
The heartbreaking charade
A blast of brokenness
The beginning of wellness

A sincere care for the broken
The restoration of the fallen
A public confession of weakness
The declaration of God's grace
